How long can my chocolate bombs stay at room temperature?

Our products contain dairy. If not being consumed right away we recommend storing in the refrigerator at 40 °F or below or in the freezer at 0 °F or below as there are no preservatives, artificial flavor or compounds in our products.

Does your products contain nuts/dairy/sugar/fruits/wheat?

Our products does contain nuts/dairy/sugar/fruits/wheat.  Please be advised that Youniquely Yours Sweets & More is NOT recommended for those with severe allergies to any of these ingredients or their derivatives.

When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day or Overnight.

Orders have the potential of arriving earlier than expected. It is recommended that you keep track and activate tracking alerts/notifications if possible.

Due to Covid-19 you may experience a slight delay. Delivery by a specified date is not guaranteed.  You will be notified of shipping and tracking information either via email or text.

As stated in our Terms and Condition, it is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are updated and correct.  We are not responsible for incorrect names or wrong shipping addresses. Very important to note that ALL of our products is perishable and no refund or replacement will be made for incorrect shipping addresses.

 

How much notice should I give in advance on orders?

We request that all orders be placed in advance, our recommended time-frame to place orders is the maximum two weeks in advance on custom orders.  In some instances, orders on certain products can be placed 2 days in advance.
